No cost to attend. This training and employer panel offers a brief summary of Military Culture 101, then explores employee retention of Veterans: big picture, misconceptions, importance of structure, mission and purpose, utilizing leadership skills and experience, educational advantages, and communication. Instructor: Chaplain/Col. Andrew Gibson, Director of Deployment Cycle Support, Maine Army National Guard. Learn from a panel of Maine employers of how they're recruiting and retaining Veterans.
