Do you agree to provide Art of Modeling at least 24 hours cancellation notice for any booking?

It takes time to find a suitable replacement, if one can be found at all.  In the latter case, leaving a client without a scheduled model makes AOM appear unprofessional and tarnishes our reputation.  It may inhibit a regular client from further utilizing our services.

Do you agree that you shall forfeit your deposit of $100/it will NOT be refunded to you IN THE EVENT that you do not provide at least 24 hours of notice to cancel any booking?

If this situation occurs, depending on the circumstance you may or may not be offered the opportunity to replace your deposit and continue booking through AOM.

Do you agree that you shall forfeit your deposit of $100/it will NOT be refunded to you IN THE EVENT that you are over 20 minutes late for a booking?

A late time of over twenty minutes cannot usually be made up by taking time out of your scheduled paid breaks and disrupts class plans, thus making it comparable to a no-show.

Do you agree to a $10 late fee being taken from your booking payment in the event that you do not arrive to the classroom AT LEAST five minutes prior to scheduled booking start time?

With art modeling the booking start time is the time that the model is expected to be on stage, ready to unrobe and begin posing.  It takes AT LEAST 5 min to enter the room, meet the instructor/facilitator, find out their posing game plan, set up your dais, and change into your robe & feet coverings.  Arriving late is unprofessional and it disrupts instruction.  It makes both model & AOM look bad to the artists/students, the instructor/facilitator and to the business who booked through us.
