An investigation of serious irregularities in the 2024 election is ongoing & we'd like your help. SMART Legislation (Action partner of SMART Elections) is part of a lawsuit in Rockland County, New York asking for a full hand recount of the 2024 election. The judge has responded that she will consider “a recount of the Presidential and Senate ballots in Rockland County.” As far as we know this is the only official recount of the 2024 presidential election so far. We are also very interested in recounting the Senate race. We are nonpartisan. We want elections to be fair and accurate.

In Rockland County there were districts with some or many votes for the Democratic Senate candidate (Kirsten Gillibrand), but zero or few votes for the Democratic Presidential candidate (Kamala Harris).

We are phone banking and going door to door to see if we can locate more voters for Vice President Harris, or another Senate candidate Diane Sare. There is evidence indicating Ms. Sare's votes were miscounted.
