(A) REGISTRATION FEES:
- Registration fee of $20 applies.
- Registration fee is waived for early registrations prior to or on May 10, 2025.
- Late registration fee of $40 is applied for after August 30, 2025.
(B) REFUND POLICY:
- ICC issues eligible refunds for withdrawals at the end of the semester.
- Refunds are subject to a prorated schedule based on date of withdrawal:
* Prior to August 23, 2025 50% Refund
* After August 23, 2025 0% Refund
(C) DISCOUNT POLICY:
- Families enrolling more than one student in Chinese language classes are eligible for a $10 multi-student discount. This multi-student discount applies to each additional student within the same family.
- Teacher and staff members of ICC are eligible for a 50% discount for students in their immediate family enrolled in Chinese language classes.
- Discounts cannot be combined.
(D) REFERRAL POLICY:
- ICC offers a $50 tuition credit to referring families who refer a new student to ICC.
- The referring family must have a student enrolled at ICC or serve as ICC faculty or staff.
- The new student must be a non-immediate family member. The new student must enroll in and complete two consecutive semesters at ICC.
- To qualify, new student registrations must include the currently enrolled referring family's name and current student on the registration form.
- The referring family must be enrolled in the semester in which the tuition credit is applied. The tuition credit is applied to the referring family in the 3rd semester, upon successful completion of 2 semesters by the new student.
- The tuition credit is not refundable.
(E) ICC offers trial classes and limits free trial classes to one class session per student.
(F) ICC reserves the right to cancel a class if fewer than four students enroll for a class.
(G) ICC offers no make-up classes for classes canceled due to weather conditions.
(H) Class cancellations and refunds are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
(I) By signing this document and registering for classes, you acknowledge that ICC has the permission to release media of your child, i.e., photos, videos, etc.
I, as a parent, agree to accept the policies, rules, and regulations of the Institute of Chinese Culture ('ICC').
I understand that the student's disregard of the rules and regulations may be deemed sufficient cause for termination of enrollment at the sole discretion of the Institute of Chinese Culture without tuition refund.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree to a covenant not to sue the Institute of Chinese Culture, its officers, employees, and agents from liability for any and all claims, including the negligence of the Institute of Chinese Culture, its officers, employees, and agents resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in the school activities.
I hereby agree to reimburse (replacement cost) for any damage to any property of the Institute of Chinese Culture caused by the student.
I, as a parent, will monitor my child's homework and weekly quiz.
