Voices for Tattersall Final Survey
After sharing the petition results, the Voices for Tattersall Survey, and after thorough discussions with EBSCO and developer, we believe we’ve maximized our options within EBSCO’s proposed plan.
Now, it’s your turn! This is your opportunity to share your thoughts and cast your vote on how you envision the future of Tattersall before the Planning & Zoning Committee meeting on Monday, December 9th, 2024.
Here is a bit of information on each option:
Option 1: Current Approved Zoning - Planned Commercial
Current Allowances: Nursing home, open spaces, public buildings, school, auto parts, auto repair, auto dealership, car wash, bakery, dry cleaning, daycare, bank, barber, industrial equipment rental, department stores, building supply, connivence store, brewpub, furniture store, drug store, grocery, radio/TV station, garden center, restaurant, shopping center, hotel, hospital, laundromat, gym, office, retail, wholesale store, professional office, vet, theatre.
Option 2: Proposed Zoning - Planned Commercial with Conditional Use for the development of a mixed-use Village Center
Current commercial allowances remain the same. However, the conditional use request includes development of residential uses within the village center. The residential uses include multi-family (apartments), active adult age restricted leased units and cottages, and owned condos.
Highlights of current proposal includes:
-90 market-rate multifamily rented units (apartments) with commercial on the first floor and residential above. These buildings will be 3-4 stories.
-30-36 owned condos which will be owned and under an HOA. 4 stories.
-Active Adult Living, 12 month leased units, run and operated by Arise (CR Endeavors). No children.
-125 room hotel. 5 stories.
-45,000 sq ft of climate-controlled commercial space, including retail space and restaurant.
-30,000 sq ft green space.
-2-3 restaurants.
