1) Event or activity must be open to all students of Liberty University.2) Projected attendance must exceed 100 people.3) Must involve SGA representatives in the planning, preparations, program and clean up of the event or activity.4) All event or activity promotion materials and announcements must include the official SGA word mark, provided by the Director of Communications. 5) SGA partnership funds given to a club’s event or activity may not exceed $1,000.
