Partnership Application
All funded clubs are eligible to partner with the SGA for events or activities. In order for a club to partner with the SGA and gain financial assistance the Club President or Treasurer must submit this application no less than 30 days prior to the time funds are needed for the event or activity. The SGA reserves that right to deny any club request. Partnership eligibility and terms are as follows;

1) Event or activity must be open to all students of Liberty University.
2) Projected attendance must exceed 100 people.
3) Must involve SGA representatives in the planning, preparations, program and clean up of the event or activity.
4) All event or activity promotion materials and announcements must include the official SGA word mark, provided by the Director of Communications.
5) SGA partnership funds given to a club’s event or activity may not exceed $1,000.

NOTE: Do not exit form unless completed. Your progress will not be saved. It is in your best interest to write your answers out in a separate word document and then copy and paste your answers into this form.
