Knowledge & Key Skills (Behavioral/Technical):
- The candidate must be proficient in both English, Hindi as well the regional language (Punjabi).
- The candidate must possess good typing skills and these skills are gauged through the typing test as well as during the interview stages .
- The candidate should possess basic knowledge on how to operate a computer and these skills are tested during the interview.
- Candidate needs to clear Psychometric Test (Online)
Job Description :
- Deal directly with customers by Telephone (Inbound & Outbound Calling)
- Identifying the problems, determine causes and recommend solution alternatives.-Keeping records of customer interactions, recording details of complaints, comments, inquiries.
Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs
- Must have excellent verbal communication skills.- Immediate joinees will be given priority.
