LOAN CONDITIONS
1. Assignee must return the above instrument on or before the specified due date. The instrument must be returned in the same condition as when borrowed, taking into consideration wear brought about through normal use.

2. Assignee is completely responsible for the care, maintenance, and security of the above mentioned instrument for the duration of the loan. This shall include, but is not limited to secure transport and storage, proper cleaning, use, and lubrication.

- If any damages occur within the loan period, the assignee agrees to have the instrument repaired, at their own expense, to the condition agreed upon when borrowed.

- Should the instrument be lost or stolen, it is the full responsibility of the assignee to immediately inform the Music Department administration, as well as all necessary legal authorities. In addition, the assignee agrees to compensate the college for any and all costs associated with replacing the instrument at current retail price, plus any rental costs should a permanent replacement not be immediately available.

3. Failure to return the instrument on the specified due date for any reason will result in the assignee being charged the cost of replacing the instrument at current retail price. In addition, graduation clearance will not be issued.
