2020 LERA Annual Meeting Proposal Submission Form
Thank you for your interest in submitting your work for consideration for the 2020 LERA Annual Meeting that will be held March 5 & 6, 2020 at the Hilton Garden Inn Lafayette/Cajundome in Lafayette, LA. This year’s theme is “Solving the Puzzle Together: Making Research Connections for Successful Education in Louisiana.” As you prepare your submission, please note that all required fields are denoted with a red asterisk. You will receive a confirmation message at the conclusion of the submission process; however, you will not receive a confirmation email of your submission. Acceptance decisions will be sent to submitting authors on or before January 15, 2020.

Is this proposal submission for a paper session or a symposium? PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH BELOW BEFORE MAKING A SELECTION. *
Paper sessions are organized around topic areas selected by the Program Chair. Submitting authors will be able to indicate and rank their preferred session format(s) for their paper (i.e., paper, roundtable, and/or poster session). A symposium consists of multiple paper presentations organized by the submitting symposium organizer. The difference between paper sessions and symposia is that papers in paper sessions are submitted individually and grouped by the Program Chair, while the papers in a symposium session are grouped and submitted by the organizer. Paper session presentations will last approximately 10-12 minutes, while symposia will last approximately 45 minutes in total.
