How many Monitors do you need? (To take advantage of the $1.00 per copy price, you need to place your order with a quantity between 10-200 magazines. Any quantity under 10 will be charged the wholesale price of $2.30 per copy. Please be in touch to opendoors@csps.com with quantities over 200.) *

* Please be aware that requests that have less than a 5 business day lead time between the cover date requested and the date that the issue is needed will incur expedited shipping charges.
* If there is less than 5 business days between the date of your request and when you need your magazines, your order will incur expedited shipping fees.

* If you need your magazines as soon as possible without expedited shipping, please send a note to opendoors@csps.com so our team and ensure your order gets placed right away.  *
