SRI Summer Camp
Please RSVP by filling out this form even if you are not planning to attend. Summer camp will be Aug 19th - 23rd.  Tuition is $265 for half day $500 for full day sports option (drop off at 10am pick up at 3:30).  All options include a free camp T-shirt and snacks. 

Schedule Monday-Thursday 

Level 1 and New Students: 

10am - 11am music 

11am - 12:30 games 

Level 2: 

11:00 - 12:30 music 

12:30 - 1:30 games

Level 3:

1:00-2:30 music

2:30 - 3:30 games

Level 4/5

3:30 - 5:30 music 

5:30 - 6:30 games


Friday Aug 23 ONLY

All Levels come at 11:00am and stay until 6pm

5pm concert/potluck open to all parents

Medical Conditions and allergies we should be aware of.  If you have two children, write the name of each child next to their medical condition so we know which child has which medical condition.  Mainly looking for allergies and or any medical condition that may affect their ability to participate in certain sports activities.  
First Child T-shirt size.  This is important that you select the correct size because we don’t have extra.  Please note that youth sizes are different from adult sizes. Look online a for size guides.

First Child: What level do you anticipate your child being in at the time of the Summer Camp.  Send me a text if your not sure (206) 399-1072.  If you are new to the school you will be placed in the primer level, but may be moved to level 1 on the first or second day depending on which class we feel would work best for you.

Is there anything else we should be aware of about your child/children?  Learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, etc?  
If your child  in high school or going into high school next year, would they like to volunteer at the Summer Camp?  This would require them to be there the full day.  Tuition would only be $250.

To confirm your spot please send camp tuition to this Venmo account.  Please do not select “goods and services” or we will have to add that $15 fee to your tuition.
