Thank you for your interest in hosting a Climate Conversation. Please complete this form to apply to host your event as part of the Wales Climate Week programme. 

Before completing the form, please refer to our Climate Conversations page for information on when events can be held, qualification criteria, support to help you prepare for and facilitate your event, how payments will be made to cover any reasonable expenses, and how to report the outcomes from your event.

Applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the closing date will be 4th December 2023 to enable your event to be featured as part of the Wales Climate Week programme. We will endeavour to respond to your application within 5-10 working days (depending on the date of your proposed event and the lead time required).
