The Ward 8 Democrats would like to hear your budget ideas to advocate better for services and supports in the District’s Fiscal Year 2024 Budget, which runs October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. We will take your recommendations directly to the officials you voted for and advocate for your voice to be heard!

A committee will review all recommendations before presenting them before the general body of the Ward 8 Democrats for a vote during our meeting in February. Submitting a request does not guarantee its inclusion in the final budget request. The deadline has been extended to February 24, 2023.
