Incoming Student Registration paperwork
Students who have been accepted to UAMAKER and plan to attend UAMAKER in the Fall (September 2019) must have their parent come in and complete (or hand in) completed paperwork. Students are advised to come with their parent as some paperwork requires student signatures as well. Please call us with questions at 212-225-0890 (Main Office option) and/or to make an appointment to come in. We are here Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm. You may ask for Stacey or Venus.
