Concert at the Burroak will be held on July 11 2025. We are looking for volunteers. If you are interested please fill out the details below. Please fill out one for each person or make a note if you are filling it out for more than one person and you want to be placed together.

How old are you? (we don't really need to know a specific but don't want to ask anyone to do anything inappropriate for their age. If you are under 18 please have a guardian help you fill this out.) *

Please review the volunteer needs below and click on any that interest you. Whatever you check does not auto add you too all the time slots. We will sort through to make sure we have enough spots for everyone and send you the schedule. *

Help hang posters June 23 - July 1 througout Webster Groves.

Fri July 11 - 10 AM -12 PM Loading in / set up (requires heavy lifting)

Fri July 11 - 2 PM - 5:30 PM Help with Set Up

Fri July 11 - 5:30 - 8:00pm Help with donations, selling raffle tickets in audience and at merchandise table set up.

Fri July 11 - 5:30 -10pm Stage Manager- Please include your experience below if this interests you

Fri July 11 - 5:30 -10pm Stage / Green Room Runner (willingness to gp up and down the hill to collect artists, misc)

Fri July 11 - 5:30 - 7:00pm Stationed in Parking lots and Oak street/Poplar St corner to make sure people know where to go - maybe 2x ppl at each parking lot and the corner of Oak & Poplar.

Fri July 11 - 7:30 - 10:30pm Help with donations, selling Raffle tickets, Merchandise Table breakdown.

Fri July 11 - 8:30 - 10:15 Makes sure lights along woods & in Peninsula are on, Stand with a light at the two bridges, Have phone flashlight, flashlight or camping lanterns in case anyone needs help walking through the park after it gets dark.

Fri July 11 - 10:00 - 11:30pm Clean Up Crew! Pick Up Trash, Heavy lifters to help carry PA gear back to garage

Sat July 12 - Clean up crew! In the morning walk through Larson Park and make sure no one left trash behind
