Without a doubt, Phoenix Design Week is the best jump-start anyone can get into the professional Arizona design community! That’s why every year we partner with local businesses and individuals to provide a number of sponsored PHXDW Conference tickets to emerging student designers. 

If you are a student currently enrolled in a design-related field at a college or university* who needs financial support in order to attend, please fill out the form below to apply for one sponsored student pass. Each pass includes full access to the two-day PHXDW 2026: Orbit Conference on October 23-24, 2026.

The number of available sponsored passes will depend on how many generous donors come forward to provide support. Individual students are eligible to receive a sponsored pass only once in a four-year period.

If you know someone who would be willing to sponsor you or another student, please have them consider making a tax-deductible contribution here. They can designate it specifically to you or to another deserving student. 

Awardees will be selected and notified by October 1, 2026 if they have been matched to a sponsor. Anyone who may already have purchased their conference registration will be reimbursed. We do ask that you apply based on true financial need in order to reserve this opportunity for those who really need it. Good luck!
