After this form is completed, I will review it and send you the link to schedule our first clarity call to discuss scheduling and answer any questions. The clarity call is complimentary and will last no more than 15 minutes to ensure we are a good fit.

After the clarity phone call, if we decide to move forward, I will send you an invoice and a short service contract. Both of those must be complete before scheduling your first coaching session otherwise we would be unable to meet.
