In accordance with the Constitution of the Society, at the Annual General Meeting of 16/2/19, all members of the current Management committee for the time being shall retire from office, but shall be eligible upon nomination to be re-elected.
Any two financial members can nominate any other financial member to serve as an officer of the Management committee. The nomination needs to be in writing and signed by the member nominated, the proposer and the seconder.
The completed nomination form should be lodged approx. 14 days before the Annual General Meeting [closing date for 2019 nominations is Saturday 2nd February] POSITIONS AVAILABLE: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and at least 2 but no more than 5 [according to the Constitution] other general committee members.
