The fine print.
To be eligible for claim payout, the product must have been rented by a traveler, with a Trip End Date in the past. Claims must be made no more than 6 weeks after the culprit Trip End Date, and before the product is due to be delivered for a new order. (This helps us identify, charge, and potentially block the offending Traveler.) FlyBaby will reach out to you by email to confirm your claim payout results, and payment will be made online to the account registered in your Profile.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
