Community Fair & Outreach Booth Request Form
PLEASE READ BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM:

* Outreach booths are available only upon request, are subject to availability, and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Completion of this form is not a guarantee of Butterfly Pavilion's presence at your event & your event is not confirmed until you have received an emailed confirmation.

* If your request cannot be filled or we need more information, we will contact you.

* 3 weeks advance notice required for all outreach requests.

* Butterfly Pavilion's standard rate for outreach appearances is $125 for the first hour, + $50 for each additional hour. Mileage is $0.55/mile.

*Rosie Encounters are $200 for the first hour, + $50 for each additional hour. Mileage is $0.55/mile.

*The approximate rate for a combined standard Community Booth plus a Rosie Encounter is $325 for the first hour, +$50 for each additional hour, plus mileage.

*We are able to waive this fee for certain events, based on selection criteria.

*Some outreach appearances may feature live animals upon request. Our standard live animal booth features Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches, a Black Widow spider, a Garden Snail, and a Portable Dugout which includes soil guests can dig through to find mealworms.

*Rosie the tarantula does not come to outreach events, unless a "Rosie Encounter" PAID booth is requested.

*If live animals are requested, the event must be indoors or a shaded tent must be provided.

As a non-profit, we must be selective with the events which we can attend, and the costs associated. Do you have funding available to support Butterfly Pavilion’s participation in your event? Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Once a reservation is confirmed, we depend on your group's payment (if applicable), communication and participation. A $50 processing fee may be assessed in the event of program cancellation or date change within 15 days of your reservation. It is understood that live animals may only be available if weather conditions are safe. *
