* Outreach booths are available only upon request, are subject to availability, and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Completion of this form is not a guarantee of Butterfly Pavilion's presence at your event & your event is not confirmed until you have received an emailed confirmation.
* If your request cannot be filled or we need more information, we will contact you.
* 3 weeks advance notice required for all outreach requests.
* Butterfly Pavilion's standard rate for outreach appearances is $125 for the first hour, + $50 for each additional hour. Mileage is $0.55/mile.
*We are able to waive this fee for certain events, based on selection criteria.
*Some outreach appearances may feature live animals upon request. Our standard live animal booth features a "rotting log kit" of Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches, roly polies and other detritivores; a Black Widow spider, & a Garden Snail.
*Rosie the tarantula does not come to outreach events, unless a "Rosie Encounter" PAID booth is requested.
*If live animals are requested, the event must be indoors or a shaded tent must be provided.
