Who can make an appointment?
- This service is available to anyone with a valid WAGGIN Library card.
What type of help can I get?
- We can offer introductory training on computers and other personal devices, and on many of the most commonly used programs and websites.
Is there anything I can't get help with?
- We cannot offer advice on medical, financial, legal, tax or other similar topics, though we can direct you to reputable resources where possible.
- We do not repair, perform maintenance or offer troubleshooting on any personal devices.
- We do not create documents or complete any type of work on behalf of patrons.
How are sessions booked?
- After receiving your completed form, we will be in contact with you as soon as we can to schedule an appointment.
