2024-2025 DHS Early Dismissal and Late Arrival Request
Eligibility Requirements: In place of study hall, any student who has reliable daily transportation arrangements may request a late arrival or an early dismissal during that study hall period.  Students will not be allowed to stay on campus during an early dismissal period.  

Agreements:
1. Students must submit this completed form prior to missing any period of study hall.
2. Students must not accrue absences or tardies in other classes as a result of late arrivals, early dismissals, and mid-day dismissals.  
3. Students may not transport a student who does not have permission for dismissal off campus during his/ her dismissal time.
4. Student must maintain good academic standing in all classes.
5. Students must have reliable transportation.  Students will not be allowed to remain on campus during an early dismissal or late arrival period.
6. Administration may revoke this privilege and/ or assign disciplinary actions in the student fails to comply.

I understand that late arrival and/or early dismissal may be taken away if my student has absences or tardies in other classes as a result of late arrivals, early dismissals, and mid-day dismissals.   *
