This Sweepstakes consists of one winner drawn from all eligible entries received between these dates. To enter, complete and submit the form above. You will be asked to enter your name and email address that is your own email address. You MUST provide valid information in all fields to be eligible. By entering into this sweepstakes, you consent to permitting Macaroni Kid to contact you in the event you win. No purchase necessary and purchase anywhere will not, in any way, increase chances of winning. Bonus entries received for following our social media channels. Winners will be chosen at on or about Wednesday, January 3, 2019 using www.kingsumo.com. Entry in this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally agrees to comply with these official rules.

2. You cannot win for this giveaway on more than one Macaroni Kid site.

3. Privacy Policy: It is Macaroni Kid’s privacy policy not to share, sell, loan, or rent entrant’s contact information (name, email address, etc.) to any third party. However, by entering into this sweepstakes you consent to allowing Macaroni Kid to: (1) contact you via phone and/or email to alert you if you have won; and (2) post your name along with the prize you have won in the event you win on all participating Macaroni Kid websites and/or Facebook pages. In addition, in the event you win, your contact information may be shared with the prize provider for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of your prize.

4. Drawing: Entry into this Sweepstakes begins on December 24, 2018 and ends January 3, 2019 at 9:00 AM PST. Any entries received after the Sweepstakes period will not be considered. To enter, a person must complete and submit the giveaway entry form above.

(b) Winners will be randomly selected on or about January 3, 2019 from all eligible entries using kingsumo.com. Macaroni Kid will contact the winner via phone and/or email and announce the winner's name on its website once the winner has claimed his or her prize. The winner MUST RESPOND TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS to claim his or her prize.

(c) If potential winner declines prize, fails to respond to email and/or telephone efforts to contact him or her or fails to use the prize, Macaroni Kid reserves the right to either select another winner or deem the prize forfeited. If a dispute arises over a prize, the winner is the person to whom the email account is registered.

5. Prizes: One (1) Prize. Each Sweepstakes prize will consist of four (4) tickets to the Harlem Globetrotters at SAP Center in San Jose on Monday, January 21, 2019. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Macaroni Kid reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize value is $140.00.

6. Conditions of Participation: Each prize winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, along with any other fees or expenses, associated with any prize he or she wins. Accepting a prize constitutes winner’s consents to the use of their name, city and state for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent such use is permitted by law.

7. Eligibility: To be eligible to win Sweepstakes prize, entrant must

(a) Complete and submit entry form between December 24, 2018 and January 3, 2019 at 9:00 AM PST and

(b) MUST be a subscriber to Macaroni Kid Fremont and Macaroni Kid Palo Alto. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of California for resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.

9. Winner Information: Winners will be notified by phone and/or email and the winning names will be posted on the participating Macaroni Kid websites upon acceptance of the prize. Names of winners can also be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Macaroni Kid, Inc., Macaroni Kid LLC, 7 Tradesmans Path, PO Box 22, Bridgehampton, NY 11932. Any such request must be received on or before December 31, 2018.

Release: By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify (i) Macaroni Kid, LLC, and (ii) the Macaroni Kid editions identified in Item 10 Sponsors above and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers and advertising and promotion agencies of each from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to: (a) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or (b) entrant’s participation in any Prize-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
