For Monograms please list the letters in the order as they are to appear in the monogram, as well as the monogram font style. For personalized text list your short phrase (up to 4 words). The Font used for text phrases is the same font as shown in the top photo. Phrase ideas: "Lake(Beach, Boat) Hair, Don't Care" "Hello Summer" "Do Not Disturb" "Bride" - or even first or full names.

Processing time varies by items, but most items are ready for pick-up in less than 3 weeks after the Pre-Order Close date. Payment is required up front for all custom orders. Once invoiced or instructed how to pay (depending on your pick-up location as detailed above) you must pre-pay for your item(s). Non-payment within 5 days may void your order. Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on personalized goods, except in the case of defective materials or errors made on my end. Once your order is received you will receive an email confirmation of the submission. I will follow-up with information with payment instructions.
