ASQ International Music Academy 2026 Application Form
Applications close on Sunday 15 March and must be accompanied by a deposit of $100, refunded if no place is offered.

Applicants will be notified by Monday 23 March if they have been allocated a place.

The deadline for acceptance of a place and payment of the balance of fees is Sunday 12 April.

An applicant who has accepted a place is entitled to a 50 per cent refund if they withdraw by Sunday 19 April. After that date no refund will be offered as applicants will have already been allocated to groups and repertoire.

Music will be sent to participants from early May.

All activites will take place at St Andrew’s on The Terrace, 30 The Terrace, Wellington, unless otherwise specified.
The Aroha Quartet reserves the right to decline applications and to alter personnel and timetables if necessary.
The Aroha Quartet reserves the right to to post video or audio recordings online of the string orchestra part of the final concert. Recordings of chamber group performances from the final concert will only be posted online by individual consent of all the participants concerned.

Fees
Course fee = $880
The course fee includes all tuition. Meals are not included, but complementary afternoon tea will be provided each day. Participants who are attending the post-concert dinner will be asked for dietary requirements at the beginning of the course. Applicants are responsible for organising their own accommodation (we can provide a list of suggestions), travel to and from Wellington, and visas (if required).
