Student Satisfaction Survey Fall 2018
Thank you for taking valuable time out of your day to complete this survey! The purpose of the Student Satisfaction Survey is to collect honest, anonymous, and constructive feedback regarding the Business Students'
Association (BSA) and its various activities. The BSA's mission is to create an inclusive and engaging
environment for undergraduate business students, and to advocate for student resources and
opportunities, in preparing business students for the utmost success upon graduation.

Please note that this is the first of two surveys which will be sent out for the 2018-2019 Academic
Year. The second survey will be emailed to you later in the Winter Semester.

This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. All information collected is fully confidential. If you
have any concerns about the Student Satisfaction Survey, please email bsa.president@ualberta.ca. If you would like to learn more about the BSA, please visit bsaonline.ca

Upon completion of this survey you will be able to enter into a draw with a chance to win either a $10 gift card to Cookies by George or a BCom hat. Your responses in this survey are in no way linked to the draw for the prizes.

Thank you for your valuable participation and feedback to provide insights.
