Dear Potential Volunteer,

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with CannaBash Fest 2023 (Grams & Jams). Volunteers are one of the most important parts of our team and help us in many ways! Below you will find basic information regarding our volunteer program and application process.

Please note:

*Completing this application does not guarantee acceptance into our volunteer program.

*CannaBash is an outdoor event, rain or shine. It is important that volunteers are reliable and dedicated, regardless of the weather.

*All volunteers and volunteer-owned items are subject to search upon entry and at any time while inside the venue.

*All volunteers must be 21 YEARS OF AGE or older before July 2023.

*Please bring your valid ID with you to the event. We will not accept expired licenses or any other photo/documentation in the absence of your license when trying to enter the event venue.

*Our volunteer schedules differ per department and are build for optimal engagement and organization. It is important that you consider your dedication level before committing to any volunteer positions.

*All selected volunteers will meet with someone from the CannaBash team to receive a series of information and expectations before the festival. Selected applicants will get further instruction on their participation at a later date and time.

*Selected volunteers who do not complete the mandatory meetings/contact prior to the event, will be removed from the volunteer assignment/agreement. Please be sure you have web/phone access before signing up to volunteer, as you will need one or the other for communication with our team. Team meetings allow us to keep event planning more organized and more enjoyable.

If you feel you will be able to meet the above requirements, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. The application process may take several weeks. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to hearing from you!

FAQ/FLOATING GUIDE (REQUIRED TO REPORT ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: 07/07/23,07/08/23 & 07/09/23) Responsible for providing relevant information to event attendees.

SITE CLEAN-UP (REQUIRED TO REPORT ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: 07/08/23 & 07/09/23) Responsible for upkeeping the proper organization and cleanliness of the venue.

TRAFFIC/PARKING (REQUIRED TO REPORT ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: 07/07/23 & 07/08/23) Responsible for directing traffic and assist with parking

MISC. ASSISTANCE (REQUIRED TO REPORT ON THE FOLLOWING DATE(S): TO BE DETERMINED) Responsibilities to be determined.

MOBILE RUNNER (REQUIRED TO REPORT ON THE FOLLOWING DATE: 07/08/23) Responsible for running errands for site management and coordinators.

SET-UP/TAKE-DOWN EQUIP. (REQUIRED TO REPORT ONTHE FOLLOWING DATES: 07/07/23, 07/08/23 & 07/09/23) Responsible for setting up, maintaining and tearing down festival equipment.

Crowd Manager (REQUIRED TO REPORT ON THE FOLLOWING DATE: 07/08/23)

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

If selected for volunteer participation in this event/activity (CANNABASH FEST (Host: GRAMS & JAMS), I (volunteer) am voluntarily participating entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the possible risks associated with participating in this event/activity. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others negligence or conditions. By signing this liability release agreement, all related risks, both known and unknown to me, related to my participation in this event, including all travel to/from, and during this event, are of my own responsibility. I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand the following release of liability and agree to release and/or discharge CANNABASH FEST (GRAMS & JAMS) and all of its affiliates from any and all claims or causes of action.
