DPO unwritten policies submission form
Have you encountered an unwritten policy within the DPO that you believe should be written down and possibly included in the DPO Bylaws and/or Standing Rules?
At its second quarter meeting, the DPO State Central Committee voted to task the Rules Committee with reviewing the existence of unwritten policies and report back to the SCC at its fourth quarter meeting.
This form is one opportunity to speak up about unwritten policies and how they affect your experience with the DPO. Your submissions will be reviewed by the members of the DPO Rules Committee and guide our discussion about how to address the various "unwritten policies" within the DPO.
If you have feedback about multiple unwritten policies, please submit this form once for each unwritten policy you would like to address. Limiting feedback to one unwritten policy per form helps us organize your feedback. Individuals are allowed to submit more than one form.
