Please enter your name, ID # and which period you would like to donate.  If you are under 16 years old, you CANNOT donate. ALL students ages 16-18 must complete the parent permission form in order to donate in pen.  Bring the signed form to the Blood Drive.

YOU MUST SIGN UP TO GIVE BLOOD DURING A FREE PERIOD.  YOU CANNOT MISS CLASS TO DONATE.
ALL participants MUST have a permission slip SIGNED in pen before donating.

Would you like to be a double red donor?
Donors should be in good health & be 17 years old. Males must weigh at least 130 lbs and be at least 5’1”, Females must weigh a minimum of 150 lbs and be 5’5”.  This process takes 15-20 minutes longer.
Have you traveled outside the country in the last year?
If you have traveled out of the country in the last year, please call 1-800-786-4483 and hit prompt 3 to see if you are eligible to donate.
