Once you have made a reservation for a regular room and the confirmation number from the DoubleTree then fill out the Personal Room Request Form below. Priority will be given to people who request the suites and rooms for both nights of the convention or longer.

Forms without a valid reservation number will not be honored and you will have to refill out the form again when you have one. All requests for a suite for personal use are handled on a first come first served basis.
