Post Rock District Food Preservation Workshop
Join us May 1st in Lincoln at the United Methodist Church, 216 N 4th St for a day filled with learning and hands on canning. Participants will learn the basics of food preservation and will gain hands on experience pressure & water bath canning, drying herbs, and canning jams &jellies! Each participant will leave with their own canned goods after the workshop.


This workshop will be from 9-4pm and registration will be $30 per participant which will include a lunch and all supplies. If you use a dial gauge pressure canner, bring it to the workshop and we will check it for accuracy.

Online Registration and Payment must be submitted to any Post Rock District office to reserve your spot. Registration and payment at the door will not be available for this event.
