Asian EFI

The Ecological Forecasting Initiative (EFI) is launching the Asian Ecological Forecasting Initiative (Asian EFI) chapter to support and foster ecological forecasting work in Asia. The goal of the chapter is to provide a platform for individuals/groups based in Asia to congregate, develop, and implement research activities aligned with EFI’s central mission of creating and using ecological forecasts while relevant to local contexts and priorities.

To guide this effort, we are collecting information on the interests of potential members of the chapter. We encourage everyone, especially those that are based in or have substantial ties (e.g., ongoing research projects) in Asia to join. Information obtained through this form will only be used by chapter co-chairs to inform decisions regarding chapter activities, create high-level chapter reports without personally identifying information, and send future communications. If you have any concerns or questions, you may send an email to info@ecoforecast.org.
