This fall, girls in baseball are invited to be part of the BFA Ambassador Program: an initiative that gives girls an opportunity to play, coach, and lead in baseball on an international stage.
This will be an four-day program in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and will offer girls ages 13-18 a unique leadership opportunity while playing friendly games against girls' baseball teams in the Dominican Republic, train at the José Canó Baseball Academy—and play an integral role in bolstering the growth of girls' baseball in the country.
The $995 program cost will include:
- 4 games on a full diamond
- Girls' baseball training session
- Baseball For All hat
- Uniform shirt
- Gift for Dominican Republic players
- Transportation to/from the games/clinic
Please note: This does not include hotel or meals. Families will have the option to stay at an all-inclusive hotel.
(Please note that the program fee will NOT include cost of airfare or additional activities. Once selected, finalists will receive more information regarding costs and availability requirements.)
Applicants must be at least 13 years of age. Age cutoff is April 30.
Deadline to Apply: All interested players must apply by Saturday, August 31 to be considered. Accepted applicants will be notified by September 3, 2024.
