Welcome to the meet If you are interested in officiating during the meet, please fill out the form below and submit. Requests for assigned positions should be submitted by May 10 to ensure full consideration.

This is an Officials National Qualifying meet (OQM).This form will also record your optional request to be evaluated for N2 all positions or selected N3 positions in USA Swimming's National Certification Program. Anyone requesting an evaluation must meet USA Swimming's requirements for evaluation as found on the USA Swimming site on the Officials resource page at https://www.usaswimming.org/utility/landing-pages/officials/national-certification-and-evaluation.

Requests for evaluations in assigned positions should be submitted by May 10. Requests for S&T evaluations should be submitted by May 13. Contact the meet referee after these dates with requests.
