2019-2020 Colorado Alternate Assessment CoALT Test Administration Training
The Colorado Alternate Assessments (CoAlt) is administered to students with significant cognitive disabilities who are instructed and assessed on alternate achievement standards. A Student's IEP team makes the determination if a student qualifies for the alternate assessment following criteria provided by the Colorado Department of Education Exceptional Student Services Unit via the eligibility worksheet

CoAlt English Language Arts and Math Test Administration Window
• Test Administration Window 03/16/20 – 04/24/20
• Grades 3-11 (This Assessment will serve as the alternate for 9th Grade PSAT, 10th Grade PSAT and 11th Grade SAT)

CoAlt Science and Social Studies Test Administration Window
• Test Administration Window 04/06/20 – 04/24/20
• Grades 5, 8 & 11 Science and 4, 7 & 11 Social Studies (1/3 of District for Social Studies)

Training Dates and location. *
Please choose from the available trainings listed below. All Trainings will be located at 1617 S. Acoma St., Room 113. The ELA/Math Training is from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and the Sci/SS Training is from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
