By filling this application form you are applying to take part in all 3 phases of the project:

-1st Phase: Training Course [9 -15 September 2019 (7 days, excluding travel days)] - Rites, Latvia
-2nd Phase: Local Action Phase [September, October, November 2019]  - each partner country
-3rd Phase : Capacity Building Meeting [4 - 8 December 2019 (5 days, excluding travel days)] - Riga, Latvia

This application form has 4 parts:
1. Personal details 2. Experience  3. Motivation and Desired outcomes  4. Local Action Phase

Read carefully all the questions and take your time to answer them in detail.

We keep your personal data private. It will not be shared with a third party in any case. Your data will be only used for (1) communication with you about the selection, (2) communication with the partner organisations about your selection and (3) reporting to the National Agency.
