LPA District 4 Sponsorship/Donation Form

Hello!

I’m writing on behalf of Little People of America(LPA), a national non-profit organization that provides support and information to people of short stature and their families. LPA provides peer and parent support, medical resources, scholarships, and programs that benefit the dwarfism community while trying to promote education and community outreach.

LPA District 4 and our Chapters host events throughout the year for our members here in Florida. We are excited for our upcoming District 4 Spring Regional that will be held April 25-27 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida!  We are also having our Fall Regional as a joint regional with Districts 3 and 13, which will be held October 9-12 in Orlando, Florida!  We are reaching out to you with a wonderful sponsorship opportunity to join our efforts to help make this event possible for our members. The regionals are expected to have attendees from Florida and other states come together for a weekend of connecting with others in the dwarfism community.

LPA is inviting you to partner with us and support the following at our District Regionals:

• Provide a welcoming environment to our members and first-time attendees

• Educational workshops, receptions and social activities available for all ages

• Free medical workshops and consultations with the LPA Medical Advisory Board Doctors/Specialists 

• Activities promoting confidence, inclusion, peer engagement and much more...

Little People of America, is a 501(c)3. All contributions are tax deductible. Tax ID: 94-2965067. We have several different sponsorship levels for you to choose from. Your partnership will have a direct impact and be greatly appreciated!

Platinum Level: $5,000
Emerald Level: $2,500
Sapphire Level: $1,000
Gold Level: $500
Silver Level: $250
Bronze Level: any amount up to $249
