Registration –  Digitalisation of Tourism Industry: Transforming Workforce Development

By filling up this form, you wish to confirm your attendance to the event.

Digitalization in tourism offers both opportunities to enhance services and challenges to livelihoods, yet it has become indispensable to the industry. Rather than resist, the sector must harness it to strengthen its most valuable asset: human capital.

In this Brownbag session, Dr. Eylla Laire M. Gutierrez, Executive Director of the Dr. Andrew L. Tan Center for Tourism at the Asian Institute of Management, and Ray Justin A. Villanueva, Program and Research Associate, will present their research on digitalization’s role in shaping tourism workforce development. The session will also trace the timeline of digital integration in the industry and highlight stakeholder perspectives across different sectors.
