2021/2022 Re-Enrollment Form
As the parent/guardian of the following child(ren) now attending HLCS, it is my desire to re-enroll my child(ren) for the 2021-22 school year. I agree to adhere to all the established school policies and make payment of all tuition and fees when due. I understand that by Monday, June 21, 2021, all tuition and fees for the 2020-21 year must be paid in full in order for my child(ren) to re-enroll for the 2021-22 school year.
Early re-enrollment begins on Monday, April 12, 2021 and continues through Friday May 14, 2021.
Families re-enrolling their child(ren) by Friday, May 14, 2021, must submit their first tuition payment by July 10, 2021, with recurring payments due on the 10th of each month through June 10, 2022. Families who re-enroll their child(ren) prior to Friday, May 14, 2021, and submit their first tuition payment by July 10, 2021, will have their registration fee of $125.00(per child) waived for the coming school year.

Kindergarten: M,T,W,TH Full day - $5375 * Friday option - $995 per school year
1 – 6th Grade - $6375
7th – 8th Grade - $6500
9th – 12th Grade - $6625
Textbook/Technology Fee - $130.00 per student
* Please read our financial aid/grant letter for all of our options on tuition assistance.
* HLCS does not combine discount rates but will apply the discount which provides the greatest savings.

TUITION PAYMENTS I understand that the first payment will be due no later than July 10, 2021. The following payments will be due August 10, 2020, and each month thereafter through June 10, 2022. Any accounts not paid by the 25th of each month will be assessed a late fee of $25.00. If your account is in arrears for more than 2 months, you will need to make an appointment with the administrator to make acceptable payment arrangements. Failure to do so by the third month will result in the suspension of your child(ren) until such arrangements have been made. CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE: I have read and understand this agreement and acknowledge receipt of a copy (upon request/can be viewed on Praxi). It is further understood and agreed that this agreement supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements. I also understand that if I default upon this agreement I will be responsible for payment of any and all late fees, collection fees, or attorney fees incurred by Harbor Light Christian School. Selecting yes below signifies that I have read and understand all aspects of this agreement and recognize my legal responsibilities in regard to this contract.
By adding my name(s) below I acknowledge that I am the legal guardian(s) of the enrolling students and am taking the financial responsibility of the above contract with HLCS.
