This course is a self-paced journey, allowing you to engage with the content in a way that fits your life, while still providing opportunities for connection and growth. Our mission remains the same: to empower and uplift through:

Empowerment and Resilience Building: Discover tools and strategies for self-care, self-compassion, and resilience-building in the face of racial trauma. We equip you with the armor you need to thrive.

Safe Space for Validation and Connection: Though this is a course, it is also a space for healing. Through interactive elements and opportunities for engagement, you will feel seen, validated, and supported as you navigate your journey.

Education and Coping Strategies: Let’s break down racial trauma, understand its impact on mental health, and arm you with practical coping strategies for healing and growth.

This self-paced course allows for flexibility, but you won’t be navigating it alone. In addition to guided learning, there will be opportunities to engage in a supportive community space with others on a similar journey.
