Please return your application as soon as possible, spaces are limited. Deadline to submit your application is Friday, June 21, 2019 at 4 pm to the Park Office in the lower level of City Hall. Your application will be given to local media who will be announcing parade units during the parade. It is to your advantage to be as informative as possible. Please write legibly and make sure information is complete. Please provide an email address and phone number with the area code so we may contact you if we have questions regarding your application. Applications must be approved by the Superintendent of the Michigan City Park Department.
*Trophies can be picked up in the Park Department Office up to 30 days after the Patriotic Parade, they will be discarded after 30 days.
The parade lineup will be published in The News Dispatch a few days prior to the parade.
