Labor Day AFC Camping Trip
An AFC camping trip? Yes, you heard that right! Please keep reading even if you aren’t a camper because this trip has something for EVERYONE!

You can choose to:
• Reserve a camping site and bring your camper or tent (full hook-up with electric) ($35 per night)
• Reserve a 4-plex room (2 queen beds, private bath) ($50 per night)
• Reserve a guest house room (queen bed plus sleeper sofa, private bath) ($50 per night)
• Dorm room for guys (think church camp) ($35 per night)
• Dorm room for girls (think church camp) ($35 per night)
• Come just for the day and return to your own bed each evening (meal prices TBD)
• Come just for Sunday worship service and lunch ($10)

This camping trip will be held on Labor Day weekend, September 3-6 at Shiloh Park in Marion, IN.

There will be lots of fun, fellowship and food!

Activities available are:
• Rock wall
• Kayaks
• Bonfire
• S’mores
• Hayride
• Sand volleyball
• Zipline
• Basketball
• Gaga Ball
• 9-Square

Meal Cost:
Meals for Saturday (this is for lunch and dinner): $10 per person adults; $5 per child
Meals for Sunday (this is for lunch and dinner): $10 per person adults; $5 per child

Friday
• Meals on your own as everyone will be arriving at different times
• AFC ice cream social in evening
Saturday
• Breakfast on your own
• Lunch-Sandwiches and more!
• Dinner-Fire up the grill!
• Family Game Night
Sunday
• Breakfast on your own
• Lunch-AFC After Church Noontime meal
• Dinner-Weenie Roast, S’mores
• Hayride
Monday
• All meals on your own as everyone will be leaving at different times. You are welcome to stay as long as you like!

The Drink Station in the dining hall will be open all weekend for your convenience.

DEADLINE to sign up is August 31st. Payment is due by that time as well.
Please drop your payment in one of the offering boxes and mark it Labor Day Camp Out or mail to the office at 2324 Jackson Street, Anderson, 46016. Checks can be made payable to AFC.
