Cavalier Attack Skills Training is a fundamentals-first program for boys and girls in grades 1–8. 

We meet Sundays from 5:00–6:00 PM at John Carroll Catholic High School, focusing on ball-handling, shooting form, footwork, decision-making, and defense in a positive, team-oriented environment. 

All experience levels are welcome—come ready to learn, work hard, and have fun.
