A little about our practice:
Dr. Byard is a family medicine practitioner who offers a range of benefits, including more personalized and attentive healthcare. Because she limits the number of patients she takes on at a time, appointments are about one hour, allowing for more thorough consultations and a greater focus on patient care. This also allows patients to enjoy easier access to their physician, with same-day or next-day appointment options.
Because Dr. Byard follows the Direct Care Model, she
does not accept insurance for her services. Instead, we offer a
membership of $99 per month, which covers all of Dr. Byard’s services without additional copayments. Whether her services is used once a month or thirty times, the fee remains the same. However, insurance can still be used for labs, procedures done outside the practice, and similar expenses. Additionally, if you have a FSA or HSA account, funds there can be used to pay for Dr. Byard's services
For patients that cannot make it to the office, Dr. Byard also offers
Home Visits for an additional charge. Please reach out to the office for rates.
Additionally, Dr. Byard offers
one-time physicals for $150 if you choose not to join the membership but still wish to have an appointment with her. Please note that this fee does not cover any labs done or any procedures performed outside the facility.
