Tring Together Christmas Festival 2017 Friday 24th November, 6.30pm-9.30pm


Dear Stall Holders,

We are now taking bookings for our annual Christmas Festival night in Tring. The event is one of the largest in the area with more than 10,000 visitors. The Christmas Festival aims to be an enchanting evening for residents in and around the town and forms a memorable start to the festive season.

The event will take place on Friday 24th November in Tring's historic High St and the Victoria Hall from 6.30pm until 9.30pm. Please note that the High St will be closed from 4.30pm for set up and that some shops will remain open for the event too.

The layout is as follows, in lower High St and Dolphin Sq there will be a great variety of stalls including catering and the big entertainment stage. Inside Victoria Hall there will be further stalls plus Father Christmas on the stage waiting to see all children. Upper High St will be transformed into a fun fair.

PITCH FEES:
High St (strictly 3mx3m) - commercial £45 /charity £25
Victoria Hall (6ft x 2’6” trestle table) - commercial £35 / charity £25

PLEASE NOTE:
By completing this form a pitch at the Christmas Festival is not automatically guaranteed! Soon after your booking we will contact you to confirm your pitch and forward payment details. From then you will have 7 working days to make payment either by BACS or cheque to secure your stall. Should you miss this deadline we have to cancel your reservation.
