Mentorship Program Student Application
The Chesapeake Language Project Mentorship Program matches academically talented high school students with members of their community. Mentors and mentees work together about 2-3 times per month over 3-4 years to help students prepare for and apply to college.
Student applicants should:
- be an English learner or former English learner (participated in the ESOL program)
- be a current or entering high school freshman or sophomore
- have a 2.5 GPA or higher
- have aspirations of attending college
