Notes on the booking process
RECEIPT CONFIRMATION : We will acknowledge receipt of your booking within 24 hours via email (email 1)
PROCESSING BOOKING: We will then check availability and aim to process your booking within 2-4 days.
Once processed we will email you again with confirmationy. and payment instructions (email 2)
(please check spam/junk mail folders if you don't receive emails from us on those expected timings)
PAYMENT: Once you receive your invoice (email 2), please pay promptly. If we don't receive payment within 3 days of invoicing we may need to reallocate the items you booked to someone else. Your booking is only fully confirmed once we have received payment.
AVOID DELAYS: Please fill form out very carefully. Specifically:
-please ensure you supply a VALID, CORRECTLY SPELT EMAIL address.
-please CHECK FOR POSSIBLE TIMING CLASHES (some workshops run concurrently)
-please ONLY BOOK WORKSHOPS AT APPROPRIATE LEVEL(s)
-please ONLY BOOK WHAT YOU DEFINITELY REQUIRE. Changes to your booking will delay processing and risk other items you aren't changing selling out in the meantime.
