The student taking the class and at least one parent/legal guardian must attend this mandatory orientation. Failure of student and/or parent or guardian to attend orientation will cause the student to be removed from the class.

Costs:
Fee for Class: $150
     Payable to Ririe School District at the time of obtaining Verification of Compliance (VOC) form or prior to first day of class
Fee for Permit: $26.50
     Payable to DMV
     Jefferson County DMV requires appointments. Please see the Driver Education website for the list of items require to purchase permit. 

If enrolled in the 03/25/24 class, students will receive an invitation to join the class on Google Classroom along with further instructions. Filling out and submitting this form does not guarantee you for a seat in the 03/25/24 class.
