Please carefully read before signing and submitting application. Rain or shine, no early departures. Vendor set up Friday April 27, 2018 from 9 AM till 11 PM “All vendors must complete set-up on Friday” …. No set up Saturday (festival day) due to traffic, safety concerns. Everything must be in place by Friday night. Security will be provided Friday through Saturday morning. Vendors are encouraged to have their merchandise insured. Vendors are encouraged to arrive early festival day (due to traffic and parking). Vendors must be booths by 9 AM festival day. Vendors will receive parking pass (must be presented Friday to set up and Saturday to enter festival). Booth maps provided Friday at check in. Vendors are required to anchor tents down and preferably have a rain curtain for their tent. Food vendor spaces are $100.00 per 10’x12’ space. Art, craft, direct sales, business, vendor spaces are $65.00 per 10’x12’ space.
