If you've booked tickets directly with us for any of our resident shows and are no longer able to make the performance and would like to exchange your tickets to an alternative performance, please fill in the form below. Exchanges are only available for the events listed below.

Tickets can only be exchanged up to 48 hours prior to the event and a £2 per ticket exchange fee may apply. We will not be able to make any changes to your booking within 48 hours before the event. To avoid delays or disappointment please check availability on our website before completing this form,  https://lwtheatres.co.uk/. We will endeavour to rebook seats as close to those originally purchased, however due to availability, this may not always be possible.

Once this form has been submitted your existing booking will be cancelled and any tickets in your possession will become void and will no longer gain access to the theatre.

Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your request, however please rest assured we are prioritising requests that fall within the next 7 days.

This form is only applicable to those who have booked directly with LW Theatres. If you have booked tickets via a ticket agent, please contact your point of purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, all LW Theatres reference numbers begin with the number 1, 2 or 3 and are 11 digits long with no letters or hyphens etc.
